Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
