Refund & Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked as non-returnable in the listing description

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
